1. It can be widely applied to the drying treatment of various types of sludge, such as municipal, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electroplating, chemical, leather, etc;

2. The daily dehumidification and water removal capacity of a single device ranges from 200 kilograms to 50 tons, and all models can meet the requirements;

3. Electricity can be used directly, as well as energy sources such as steam and waste heat;

4. It can be "centralized treatment" or "decentralized disposal" to meet the requirements of sludge disposal policies in different regions;

5. Not affected by external environmental temperature (low temperature in winter) and humidity (humid in summer), suitable for use in various regions;

1. It can directly dry sludge with a moisture content of 83% to 10% without the need for segmented disposal;

2. The drying process results in no loss of organic components, high calorific value of dry materials, and is suitable for later resource utilization;

3. The reduction can be as high as 80% or more, which can save a lot of transportation costs in the later stage;

4. Adopting the Pasteur sterilization method - low-temperature heating sterilization, drying temperature above 70 ℃ for 90 minutes to 120 minutes, with an effective sterilization rate of over 90%;

1. Adopting heat pump heat recovery technology, the closed drying mode has no waste heat emissions;

2. Drying 80% wet mud to 60% per ton, with a comprehensive electricity consumption of 125kw. h;

3. Drying of 80% wet mud to 10% per ton, with a comprehensive power consumption of 200kw/h;

4. Each 1 kWh of electricity can remove 4 kilograms of water (dehumidification performance ratio 1:4kg. H2O/kw. h);

1. Fully enclosed 40-75 ℃ low temperature operation, no need to charge nitrogen for operation;

2. The oxygen content during the drying process is less than 12%, the dust concentration is less than 60g/m3, the particle temperature is less than 70 ℃, and there are no dust or explosion hazards;

3. Static spreading of sludge without mechanical static friction with the contact surface;

4. There is no "adhesive phase" stage in the drying process of urban sludge (about 60%);

5. The dry material is in granular form and poses no dust hazard;

6. Low discharge temperature (<50 ℃), no need for cooling, direct storage;
